2020 Successful Project
Built to recognize the amazing efforts and commitment of our past President, Laura Harp. Laura has been on the board since 2009, five of which she acted as the PACA President. She led many successful projects including the sanctioning of the 4500+ acres of trails at the 3 Blind Mice network (this process took 2+ years to complete), the building of Neverland trail and the fostering of PACA’s early urban cycling goals. Membership numbers climbed from 35 to almost 300 during her tenure and PACA became a highly respected organization by the Province of BC, City of Penticton and Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen (RDOS).
Location: Three Blind Mice, on the updated section of the Yellow Brick Road (YBR) trail and it offers one of the most amazing views of Lake Okanagan and the surrounding valley.
